Arnold Clark Hamilton Road and Lenzie Vauxhall win Vauxhall Customer Excellence Awards

Hamilton Road and Lenzie Vauxhall branches have been given Vauxhall Customer Excellence Awards for their consistently high levels of customer service. These awards are based on the annual Vauxhall Customer Service Satisfaction Survey, which asks customers for their feedback for purchase and servicing. Both branches were among the top 52 retailers in the country. To celebrate this achievement, Stephen Norman, Managing Director of Vauxhall, visited the branches to present the awards and to talk to the team about how they work to provide an outstanding experience to every customer.

Peter Hope, Vauxhall customer Experience Director, commented:

‘It is such a fantastic feeling to be able to acknowledge and reward our Vauxhall retailers who offer exceptional customer service. Their dedication and enthusiasm helps Vauxhall to deliver an all-round outstanding customer experience.’

John Dunn, Hamilton Road Vauxhall General Manager said:

'We are over the moon to be ranked one of the top in the country to receive this award. It is a real honour to be recognised for something that we feel so passionately about. Commitment to delivering a fantastic customer experience and ensuring each and every person receives a bespoke service tailored to their needs is, and always has been, our main focus.’

Alan Miller, Lenzie Vauxhall General Manager said:

‘We would like to thank our customers for their unwavering support and we are thrilled they appreciate our efforts in terms of customer service. It is a real honour to receive this accolade, and we will do our best to maintain this level of satisfaction and retain the award for another year.’
