These cars vary from the weird and wonderful to the cars that most of us could only dream of owning, but it’s still great to see them on screen in all of their full glory.
I have put together a list of cars from past films that you are guaranteed to enjoy.
## 10. Ghostbusters - Cadillac Miller-Meteor
![Movie cars](http://media.arnoldclark.com.s3.amazonaws.com/newsroom/top-movie-cars-1/10-ghostbusters-cadillac-miller-meteor.jpg)
This was one of the first cars I remember from film as a kid, it wasn't so much that it looked cool, but it was the sound that the siren made that I enjoyed.
## 9. Italian Job - Mini Cooper
![Movie cars](http://media.arnoldclark.com.s3.amazonaws.com/newsroom/top-movie-cars-1/9-italian-job-mini-cooper.jpg)
This film alone made these cars cool, so much so that the original Mini Cooper's are still collected by fans.
## 8. Transformers - Chevy Camaro
![Movie cars](http://media.arnoldclark.com.s3.amazonaws.com/newsroom/top-movie-cars-1/8-transformers-chevy-camaro.jpg)
When this film originally came out I had never even heard of a Camaro, but by the end I came out wanting one, although that may have had something to do with it turning into a talking robot, but it's still a cool car.
## 7. Cannonball Run - Lamborghini Countach
![Movie cars](http://media.arnoldclark.com.s3.amazonaws.com/newsroom/top-movie-cars-1/7-cannonball-run-lamborghini-countach.jpg)
This was the super car from my childhood, everyone wanted one. They looked cool and were extremely fast.
## 6. Bullit - Ford Mustang GT
![Movie cars](http://media.arnoldclark.com.s3.amazonaws.com/newsroom/top-movie-cars-1/6-bullit-ford-mustang-gt.jpg)
This car was used in what a lot of ‘film buffs’ still call the greatest car case scene of all time.
## 5. Smokey & the Bandit - Pontiac Trans-am
![Movie cars](http://media.arnoldclark.com.s3.amazonaws.com/newsroom/top-movie-cars-1/5-smokey-bandit-pontiac-trans-am.jpg)
Another car from my childhood that was made credible by the film it appeared in, it looked cool, was a convertible and had a really cool bonnet.
## 4. The Fast & the Furious - Dodge Charger
![Movie cars](http://media.arnoldclark.com.s3.amazonaws.com/newsroom/top-movie-cars-1/4-fast-and-furious-dodge-charger.jpg)
Fast & the Furious brought car-lovers movies into the mainstream, providing a good blend between showing off amazing cars and a heist, action-packed movie. This car was shown off as the ‘one-to-beat’ car in the final scenes, it also appeared in a few other editions of the Fast & Furious franchise too.
## 3. Back to the Future - Delorean
![Movie cars](http://media.arnoldclark.com.s3.amazonaws.com/newsroom/top-movie-cars-1/3-back-to-the-future-delorean.jpg)
This car could have looked a lot cooler, but instead it channelled the vintage, and unrefined look. It boasted a bold tin metal look, but the manufacturers still managed to generate a huge up turn in sales thanks to the film.
## 2. Batman Begins - The Tumbler
![Movie cars](http://media.arnoldclark.com.s3.amazonaws.com/newsroom/top-movie-cars-1/2-batman-begins-tumbler.jpg)
This was a huge change in direction from most Batman cars, but, in my opinion, the best to date. It was able to do everything, even drive along rooftops!
## 1. James Bond - Aston Martin DB5
![Movie cars](http://media.arnoldclark.com.s3.amazonaws.com/newsroom/top-movie-cars-1/1-james-bond-aston-martin-db5.jpg)
The quintessential movie car. Anyone who doesn't associate this car with James Bond is just a bare faced liar (or hasn’t seen the film). Even though the car is the best part of 50 years old now, every aspiring James Bond, or Pussy Galore, wants to own one. Particularly when it made its Bond comeback in Skyfall, 2012.
