Members of the public are being given the chance to learn more about electric vehicles with a series of events to be held at the Arnold Clark Innovation Centre in Glasgow this summer.

At the Arnold Clark Electric Experience, to be held over four different dates in August, you will be able to enjoy a unique tour of the Innovation Centre and a chance to find out more about alternatively fuelled vehicles from our team of experts.

During the meet and greet, our product geniuses will share impartial andexpert advice, demonstrating exactly what the Innovation Centre can offer the public in terms of electric vehicles.

There are currently more than 60 electric and hybrid vehicles on display at the Innovation Centre; event-goers will have the option to take their pick from this wide range and go for a test drive to discover the best electric vehicle to suit their lifestyle.

A one-to-one personal service, lasting 90 minutes, with one of our experts will also be available to book.

The Arnold Clark Electric Experience events will take place on Saturday 13th, Sunday 14th, Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th August, while dates for September will be announced soon.

Spaces for the event are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If attending, please remember to bring your driving licence and DVLA check code or National Insurance number.

The Arnold Clark Innovation Centre is located at 701 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow, G11 6NA.

The Innovation Centre opened last year, with the aim of educating visitors about the benefits of alternative fuel vehicles and why they are becoming so important.

There are no sales at the site, which is specifically an innovation, information, and educational centre.

You can also learn about the different types of charging and generous government tax and grants available if you're thinking of moving to electric.

We have also recently opened a second Innovation Centre in Stafford, England.
