Skoda’s advert for the new– fastest ever – Octavia vRS saw everyday items being given the vRS treatment to make them more powerful, maximised and supersized.
In a continuation of this theme, Skoda has built the world’s biggest ice cream van, to celebrate the release of the Octavia vRS Weighing 5.5 tons, the giant ice cream van has more similarities to a monster truck than your everyday vehicle: it measures over 21 feet and has 5-foot monster truck wheels and four mega speakers. This ice cream van has the ability to take any grown adult back to their animated childhood.
The monstrous van debuted at Great Yarmouth on 20th August in time for the last bank holiday weekend, where excited children and adults sampled the ice cream.
The Skoda ice cream van will continue on a national tour this coming month, visiting:
- Bournemouth Air Festival on Thursday 29th August to Sunday 1st September
- Various ‘King of the Mountains’ stages during the Tour of Britain - Dates TBC (For more information follow @SkodaUKCycling)
