We’re extremely proud to announce that Arnold Clark won two awards at the AutoTrader Click Awards 2016, for ‘Data Driven Retailer of the Year’ and ‘Best Integrated Marketing Approach’.
The AutoTrader Click Awards, now in its ninth year, was held at the Banking Hall in London last week.
The Click Awards celebrates the best in digital automotive retailing and the winners are picked using a combination of consumer research, data analysis and an expert judging panel.
Arnold Clark enjoys double win
Here’s a little more information on the awards we received:
Data Driven Retailer of the Year – Franchise
The Data Driven awards took online data into account in analysing various metrics such as website responsiveness, social media and customer reviews to assess the success of each nominee.
The Retailer of the Year category was the most coveted, representing an ongoing commitment to the quality of the online customer experience.
The judging panel described Arnold Clark’s online efforts as demonstrating a ‘holistic approach to digital marketing’, which ‘places the customer experience at the heart of their online strategy’.
Best Integrated Marketing Approach – Franchise and Supermarkets
This category considered integrated marketing strategies that delivered positive business impact.
Arnold Clark was picked as the winner of this award by a panel of digital pioneers, who recognised the company’s commitment to implementing an agile approach to its marketing efforts – a factor that was the driving force behind the marketing team winning ‘In-house Marketing Team of the Year’ at the Drum Marketing Awards earlier this year.
Carol Fairchild, Group Marketing and Product Development Manager, attended the awards ceremony and commented:
‘I am delighted that Arnold Clark has won these awards and I’m extremely proud of the achievements we’ve made over the past year. These awards are a testament to the hard work and dedication that our staff put in every day. We are always looking for ways we can improve the service we provide and it’s fantastic for that to be recognised within the industry.’
